How INVOLVE is organised
The heart of INVOLVE revolves around the volunteers. The volunteers are first onboarded as organisation volunteers, here they wait to be assigned into one or more programs. From a program they can be given a role, scheduled and assigned activities to complete during the shift
How you can organise your team in INVOLVE
You can have up to three levels of access to INVOLVE dividing the responsibilities to scale to any sized organisagion.
- Organisation Administrators - they have access to all organisation-wide settings and security controls. You can have any number of Administrators but only one will be the billing owner who is responsible for the INVOLVE subscription.
- Volunteer Managers - they have access to view and edit all programs and volunteers within your organisation. They can onboard volunteers, set up programs, assign volunteers and Program Coordinators to programs.
- Program Coordinators - they have access to just the programs and volunteers they have been assigned to manage. They can communicate with volunteers, set-up schedules and assign volunteers roles, shifts and activities.
