What sort of product is INVOLVE?

INVOLVE is software as a service

 

Is your solution purely Volunteer Management?

Yes

 

Are your Services provided 100% on managed cloud services (not private cloud solutions)?

Yes, we are hosted on Microsoft Azure

 

Are you ISO 290001 (or similar) compliant?

Azure is ISO 29000 compliant -https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/compliance/offerings/offering-iso-27001#azure-and-isoiec-27001

 

Do you offer Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)?

Stand-alone MFA is not supported, but Multi-Factor Authentication is available via Azure AD and Single Sign On.

 

Does INVOLVE have an API?

We do have an API that's used internally but granting access to that would involve a separate project with our developer to determine access requirements and develop a solution that meets your needs.

 

Do you offer integration via an API to extract data for reporting?

Integrations are available as a separate project. Data can be extracted in CSV format for custom reporting requirements.


What level of systems availability do you generally deliver?

99.996% over the past 90 days

 

Is there a Mobile Application?

No, but the user interface is mobile friendly



Data Storage

 

Where is my data stored?

All hosting and backups are within Australia with no data stored offshore. All developers and support staff are also located in Australia.



Security

 

How do you ensure volunteer data is sufficiently secured?

All data in INVOLVE is encrypted in-transit and at-rest, access is limited to staff accounts protected by strong passwords. Our hosting facility is ISO 27001 compliant.

How do you detect data breaches? 

Our developers run a monitoring service

 

Do you have IT Security Policy and are the underlying governance tested against a benchmark such as the Essential8 Maturity Model?  

We have internal IT policies around access controls, indecent management and so-forth, but these have not been benchmarked.
