Reset your password
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it via the login screen:
- Go to https://account.involve.org.au/login
- Enter the email address associated to your user account
- Click on Continue
- Click on Forgot your password?
- Enter the email address associated to your user account
- Click on Submit
An email will then be sent to your email inbox that includes a link to reset your password
The link expires after 3 days and can only be used once. If you don’t see the email come through, you may need to check your spam folder.
Once you have received the email:
- Click on the link and enter your new password
- Click on Update password
- Click on Get started to return to the login screen
You will also receive an email notification to advise you your password has successfully been reset.
Change your password
You can update your password at anytime whilst logged in to your account:
- Click on your user initials in the top right hand corner
- Click on Change password
- Enter your current password
If the Current password field is automatically populated, you need to check it is correct by clicking on the eye symbol, especially if you have multiple INVOLVE accounts.
- Enter your new password and then confirm it
- Click on Update password
You will receive an email notification advising you your password has been updated.
If you are using Single Sign On you will need to follow your organisation's standard password practices.
